It literally feels like we were only celebrating Christmas last week and yet here we are.... Easter 2022 has officially landed!!
As always we've been taking a look at some fantastic treats and gifts to make the most Eggcellent Easter that little bit more Eggcellent!!!

To top it all off they are a small business from over the Shropshire border in Wales with a big conscience so source ingredients locally where they can, all packaging is compostable or recyclable and chocolate is sustainably sourced.
The chocolatiers worked incredibly hard last year in order to develop their first ever Easter Egg. It wasn't just any old Easter Egg though, it was a Dragon Egg! After an incredibly successful 2021 he's back for 2022, so to avoid any possibility of disappointment order lots and order early!
"Bryn" the baby dragon egg is a solid half in which Bryn sits enclosed by a half shell of our handmade Welsh chocolate.
The story is quite simple really; Wickedly Welsh Chocolate has been entrusted with the last real life Dragons Egg which, for millennia, has been buried deep, and forgotten, in a Welsh hillside hidden from the world until now. The artisan chocolatiers have lovingly crafted chocolate replicas of this ancient treasure and they are now ready to be broken open and released (or, you know, wolfed down and eaten! Up to you really).
Bryn is a beautiful baby dragon, hand crafted from white chocolate brushed with a light golden shimmer and nestled in the middle of a solid half of an eggshell, protecting a salted caramel truffle. The other half of the eggshell is hollow, making it really easy for anyone of any age to carefully break open the egg and reveal the beautiful Bryn inside.
Being a Dragon egg means that Bryn is smaller but far heavier than your normal, average, Easter egg at a minimum of 180g. Whilst Bryn is sculpted from white chocolate and guards his salted caramel truffle, the rest of the egg is made from our luxury milk chocolate.

All the way from the beautiful Pembrokeshire in Wales... What we really loved about this egg is the element of surprise. It looks so simplistic from an initial glance and the description on the packaging manages to keep what's buried inside the egg secret. It was great to see the look on the kids faces when they cracked open what they believed to be a plain egg (even though they were suspicious due to the sheer weight of the egg). Absolutely delicious creamy chocolate taste too. Perfect for those dragon loving little boys and girls.

We got our hands on the gorgeous Cuddly little Pipsy Chick Steiff Chick and it is absolutely adorable. We love the scruffy little appearance of this chick and it really is such a great gift for little ones and any avid Steiff collector. A great entrance price for a collectors Steiff bear too. We love how he is also machine washable so if you decide to let your child play with him rather than sit him on the shelf for display, you can simply pop in a pillowcase and give him a wash to freshen up when needed.

Kids seem to have gone fidget toy crazy this past year or so paving the way for a huge puzzle cuve revival and of course Rubix has to be the ultimate fidget / fiddle toy. So we actually looked at this and thought "aghh, simple, we can do this!!" It was not as simple as it looked for the adults yet once again our little wizz kid cuber got the hang of this quite quickly but very much enjoyed the challenge.
