We checked out the red & white battery operated version of these and really loved them. They are super simple to assemble, you literally just push the stake holders into the bottom of the candy canes, although personally we prefer to push the stakes into the ground first and then push the candy canes onto the stakes in order to avoid potentially damaging the candy canes.
The battery option was so simple, no trying to feed wires through to power outlets, the choice of lighting sequences is great for a battery operated set of lights and the lights are also impressively bright too. The cable was plenty long enough to stretch down the entire side on the pathway too.
We found these perfect to add a touch of colour to the paths and hedges and the kids absolutely adore them. We definitely need another set for the opposite side of the path now!!
