Outstanding chocolate boxes, patisserie, hamper assortments all made with love and the strawberry fruit, are launching for Valentine's 2022, and we want you to be the first to know about it.
Following Pierre's win last year, crowned as 'Best Pastry Chef in the World', he is showing off his love for patisserie within this collection. For the first time ever, Pierre is launching the 'Kumo' which is 'a tribute to Japanese poetry' this will be like nothing people have had before. Madagascan vanilla cream seasoned with Timut pepper and a hint of mint, accompanied by a heart of 'Mara des Bois' strawberry jam and topped with a white chocolate disc stamped with patterns of the collection. Also, a hazelnut cookie topped with light cream and a chocolate disc to try. For two people to enjoy the 'Duo Entremets', a lemony and sesame nougatine base, filled with a strawberry confit, with a light vanilla mousse, touch of Timut Pepper in a white chocolate shell, with a signature raspberry heart on top.
Chocolate heart boxes are new for this year, with a declaration of love in 5 shades of pralines and ganaches: subtle fruity flavours of passion fruit, raspberry, strawberry, salted butter caramel, and almond praline. Further chocolate creations are also set to launch, with the Praline Chocolate Heart, which wears a lace design for this year and of course no collection is complete without Pierre's famous Chocolate Tablet, this year in white chocolate flavoured with strawberry and sprinkled with fine dried strawberry petals.
