Dawley Toy Library are urging people to get involved

Local children can play and take a toy away as Dawley toy library in Telford returns this weekend (Saturday 8th Feb).

Dawley Toy Library takes place every second Saturday of the month from 10am - noon at Dawley Baptist Church, Park Road, Dawley Bank.

Children of all ages have the chance to play with a wide range of toys as well as taking part in craft activities and games.

Children can also take some of the toys home for a month until the next meeting.

The Toy library is completely free of charge and everyone is welcome to join in.

Tom Bowring, trainee minister at Dawley Baptist Church said "As a church we are comitted to being as involved with the local community as possible.

"The toy library launched in January and has been well received.  We hope it grows and grows and will be a useful resource for parents living in the area.

"We look forward to meeting new people this coming weekend".
